So the title of this post gives nothing away unless you are on the inside. Life with my Lotuff will either be a complete mystery to you (all about to be revealed) or you will have found your way here by no small coincidence.
When it comes to fashion, beauty and lifestyle we are all keen to get ahead of the trend aren’t we. There’s nothing sweeter then seeing your style predictions take flight, your favourite foundation being embraced by your bestie, or you mother confirming that the anti-ageing eye cream you recommended “really was a miracle”. Being in the know means being on the inside, its a warm, cosy and sometimes if we are completely honest, a little bit of a smug place to be! But we love it anyway.
So here I am firmly on the inside, living life with my Lotuff.

75% of our team is comprised of women, and 65% have at least four-year college degrees. Amongst them, 70% have graduated from some of the most prestigious art institutions in the world, including the Rhode Island School of Design.

I joined club Lotuff this Christmas just past. My lovely husband brought me the beautiful Lotuff medium tote.
Now I would love to say that he knows me so well he chose this all by himself, but we are friends so I wont pull your chain. I’d been coveting the bag for a LONG time and basically sent him the link to the bag with instructions along the lines of “This needs to be under the Christmas tree this year…or else!” Or words to that effect.
I think I first stumbled across Lotuff a few years ago whilst shopping vicariously through Pinterest. It was love at first sight.
Now I’m not what you would call a fashionable person, I certainly can appreciate it, but it’s not something I take a great deal of interest in or project in my clothing and accessory choices. I’m definitely more classic when it comes to how I dress and accessorise, and this beautiful Lotuff bag is exactly my style.
But whether you’re a fashionista or have your own innate, understated sense of style, I really believe this beautifully crafted bag can be appreciated by everyone. It is timeless, classic and beautiful.

I’m someone who likes things to last, not only from a longevity point of view, I expect things to stand the test of time with regards to how they look, how a style will endure the test of time. Again it’s my preference for style as opposed to fashion that demands this. Investing in your style, to me, seems a much better longer term investment. This bag is so stylish, elegant and timeless. Whatever the fashion I think I could wear this bag season after season without it looking dated. The true meaning of a classic.
I love the shape, a perfect tote, boxy and spacious, I can load this up with everything I need to travel for a weekend away, or take it to work with my laptop and plenty of space for everything else I need day to day. Equally this beautiful bag is the perfect brunch and shopping companion for the weekend. However, a word of warning, keep it light on a day out shopping. The leather is as soft as butter but due to the amount of leather it isn’t the lightest bag, so pack it wisely.
I have the Chestnut leather which is this deep rich colour. I have to admit when I first opened the box and took the bag out I was a little shocked and didn’t like it. I expected it to looked aged and antiqued and thought my husband had ordered the wrong bag. I realise now ( after a very lovely reassuring email from Lotuff) that the leather ages and develops the beautiful patina I was impatient for in the fullness of time. So this is something to look forward to, ageing gracefully with my beautiful bag. I feel like we are on a journey together and I will watch it grow more and more beautiful with age.
I couldn’t love it more.
